““ Granada Day Trip with Alhambra and Albaicin Tour from Seville”. I booked this trip specifically because I wanted to tour the Alhambra however, this title is misleading. The trip does not include a tour of the Alhambra. I was only able to see the outside of the building from the courtyard. You have to scroll through all the fine print to read that touring the inside of the Alhambra is not included in this tour. I did not find this out until the morning of the tour and the company could not refund my money or work with me to include the Alhambra. Several other people in my tour…”

“This was the absolute worst tour I’ve been on. There were SO many discrepancies in the description compared to what actually happened. The description said “free time in Granada - 3 hours” (see screenshot). This was not correct, as the tour guide said there’s no time, and we missed out on exploring Granada due to this. We only allotted one day for Granada on our trip, and we expected to have 3 hours to explore. We were not told that the guide would be explaining everything in English and Spanish. This doubled our time at every attraction. The speaker was disinterested and would speak 2 sentences in English, then Spanish,…”

Leave Seville at 8:00 am in a private air-conditioned car, pause for up to three hours in hilltop Ronda, then continue to your Granada accommodation. “So disappointed,,not much to see there but the bridge, even white village was a just small old people town and mostly empty, quite, nothing too see. And I expected a better luxuary car but it was a small and uncomfortable 4 person sedan include driver and trainer. Paid 560 euros..felt should have taken a bus and it's a lot cheaper!!!”
